We at Sierra Irrigation Supply want your online transaction to be a convenient and successful experience. If it is not, we are happy to offer a refund on the return of any purchase within 30 of the shipment date. Zero questions asked!.

You can buy with confidence that if you have selected the wrong product, or the product is not what you expected it to be, you may return it for full credit on your credit card (minus shipping charges), within 30 days.

Please follow the steps below to ensure your return request is processed as quickly as possible.

1. Send the following information to returns@sierrairrigation.com to receive a Return Authorization:

• Name of Customer
• Phone Number
• Date of Purchase
• Order Number
• List of items and quantities to be returned
• Reason product is to be returned

2. Once a Return Authorization is received, ship returns to:

3. To facilitate your return, please send the following information inside the package returned:

4. Credit will be applied to original Credit Card and a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Returns After 30 Days

Sierra Irrigation Supply is happy to offer a refund on the return of any purchase after 30 days (and up to 60 days) of the shipment days as follows:

1. The product must be in new, and unused condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets. All merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to refunds, exchanges or credits. “New and unused condition” means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes, no dirt or debris, or any other signs of installation or use. We cannot accepts a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

2. Refunds after 30 days from shipment date from Sierra Irrigation Supply will be credited the purchase price, minus a 40% restocking fee and minus the initial shipping charges. The customer will also be responsible for return shipping charges.

3. No returns will be accepted and no Refunds will be given after 60 days from the date the order was shipped. No exceptions.

4. To return an item for a refund after 30 days but before 60 days from the date your order was shipped please follow the steps as outlined in the 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee above.
